Many don’t even know if they have blood pressure problem. Some might have it but they could be doing what is required to reduce it without knowing it!
First, let us see through the point of having nothing and find-out if you are likely to have a blood presure.
- Your diet contains a lot of salt
- You get mad very easily
- You have been raised to believe to be perfect and everyone around you expects you to be perfect.
- Your parents always compare your life with others and their conversations makes you feel low
- Pessimistic. Stop it! Be optimistic. Put a smile on your face even the sky is falling down right now.
- You know yourself so you feel your blood vessels are pounding faster like touching holding your wrist or tapping near the neck where blood is flowing.

Where resources are not available, here are some things we can do.
- Do YOGA on a daily basis. To learn what YOGA is, just google. It’s a simple exercise to help your body relax. One of YOGA technique involves inhaling a large amount of oxygen, holding it and then releasing it. It’s basically help you relax. Forget about your problems etc. A simple yet mind changing experience. Put YOGA in the list.
- Reduce Salt (Sodium) from your diet. Eat fresh foods grown from your own garden or buy organic ones. Say no to CAN FOODS, they contain way too much SALT! Take potassium rich foods, (drink a little bit of red wine if you can afford) and uplift yourself to the fullest spirituality.
- If you can afford, buy some birds (small birds are cheaper), create a cage for the bird yourself, if you don’t have money. When you are off, sit and talk with the bird(s). Research have proven that those who have pets such as cats or birds have lower higher blood pressure. It’s a scientific fact so go for it.
- Aspirin, a common medicine available over the counter can be a life saver. Have a few in your purse or bag. Use it if required or advised by your doctor. Research has proven that Aspirin has saved many lives (It’s good for your heart specially it can save you during heart attack.)
- Don’t do too much on 1 single day. RELAX. RELAX. RELAX. There is always tomorrow. If you are working in your vegetable garden, take a break in the afternoon. Do something else. Read or Relax.
- Drink a lot of water instead of SODA.
and finally, if you work in an office where your boss is rude or your friends are from hell or your work environment is extremely unbearable, write the following down on your wrist. BCOOL. Don’t laugh at me. It works. Use a ball pen to write it. To make it even funnier, write BCO Times 2 and L. Believe me, it will remind you all the time. No don’t make a tattoo of this suggestion. If you did, don’t blame me if you are unable to get rid off it! LOL !!
That’s it from me for now.
