Don’t you notice –Â every time you turn on the TV, there is always a commercial about on FAT ?
Why do you think this kind of advertising takes place ?
Answer: Because what is hot, always sells.
“About 60%” of Americans are over weight says some research groups.
But over weight is all I can say and I will take it that way. Obesity can be either deadly only if it is so much, but dont’ we hear of stories of people who have lived a few years and then died in perfect health conditions ?
Even if you classify as an Obesity, I want you RELAX first and giggle!
Losing Weight should never be a topic or a book nor an advertisement to make money for media.
I am only posting these series because I am so compelled to share my store so that you will benefit from these. These steps are easy and won’t cost you a dime.
First, I won’t like the word FAT, but many countries being FAT with big bellies has implications to other people’s eyes: Oh My god, that man must be Rich! LOL !! It’s true. In poor countries, those who have over weight are those who can afford to eat. I want you to never consider or even hear or read the sound of FAT. I hate it ! FAT is not should be in the dictionary at all !!
Did you know FAT produces more energy than any other stuff in our body ? If something devastating were to happen right now, those who have more energy would last longer, than those skinny ones often often proudly walk like a faked model.
Lets get started now:
How much should your weight be depends on your Body Mass Index, in short BMI.
It’s not a very complicated math. 25 is Normal. Ha?
Who the Bleep figure this out ?
I have no clue. If you are above or below, you are not normal ? We all are normal period.
The person who found that magic 25 must have had a house full of Exercise machines packed everywhere like in the house like eggs in basket; in akitchen, bathroom, or perhaps made one Exercise machine for sleeping too ?
For the sake of this and other articles to fallow I am assuming we are a bit above that number. Are you with me ? Grab a boxing glove and let’s punch this number together together……….

Your Weight times a number around 700 and that number divided by by the square of your Height is BMI. For now, forget the BMI.
Are you getting confused me. Me too. Here we go with a few parts to help us lose our weight we we so desire.
The Easy way
Papers don’t move on the table, if they keep piling up unless windows blow.
I know it’s difficult to do exercise.
But who says you really have to go to a club or run for hours ?
A few walks can do the same. It’s the mentality in our head that what others are saying is true — what they are doing is; they are feeding us the fear and we swallow it, then panic and do this and that and we never achieve our goal.
Starting today, I want you to move in the house, just little by little. Just move. If you have a music, dance along with the tunes.
If you are an evening person, then, I want you to try becoming a morning person. Wake up early, and if the weather is good, take a few walks up to the drive way, then return back your home to enjoy a nice cup of Green Tea.
There you go, you just did one heck of an Exercise already.
No freaking machines we will use.
Now you are ready for your morning news. No bed please. Sit at the sofa, read your news, and if you want to go online go ahead, use internet. But try to do it away from the bed. If you rest in the bed, you are likely to fall a sleep. Focus on, how to sit so if I need something I can move. Move baby ! Move !
Before you buy, consider yourself this — Are you willing to throw a few extra bucks for good health or it’s not an issue for you.
Use real stuffs. No frozen foods, No can foods. Why? We will come to talk about it in next chapter. Instead of margarine, buy real butter. You know already know why.
Shopping
Malls are huge, and the more you stay inside the more you are either likely to spend a lot of money or if you are a bit smarter in keeping track of price tags from door to door, you might even find a better deals on some items.
So, from today on wards, I want you to spend a bit more time at your near by shopping mall. There is your Natural Walk or call it beauty Exercise that’s costing you nothing.
If your car is right in-front of the mall, this page is going to slap you !
Every visit to the mall, please try to stretch the distance between your car and front door of the shopping mall. Park really far from the mall.
How far are you today ? The longer you are, the better you are doing.
Way to go my friend. Keep it up !
See, told you, it’s all Weight no FAT. We will go to part 2 sooner. Aren’t we happy already ?
We did so much. We walked in the morning, had a cup of tea (and oh yeah, Green tea, then a slice of bread with a real butter, and some jam, went to a shopping mall, then came back home to watch some our TV–Soap operas.
If we can’t be happy, Nothing will change for us.
Let’s giggle for what we did.
