March Forward And Never Expect You will always Be Right

Those who’ve been bullied at school or outside, including a member of my own family, I tell them the message that Dr Drew could or may be I hear from a friend :

“old your head up high and march on and never shred tears, be tough mentally. Set you goals and become body”

If you lose track because of distractions, such as scroing low points in high school, or dropping out, or not going to college even if you could afford financial assistance, it means you have let your self down to settle for the other life – low paying jobs, and perhaps a shelter and some babies and as time goes by don’t be thinking of all the people who once used to push you — Do good. Be somebody. Take it as a challenge for those who show hate at school or else where. It is only by being tough and going for your goal you will have a wonderful life. A life, now, wanting something little, will be a dirt when you become someone tomorrow– for you could buy the entire world.

Teens seems to forget that high school graduation is like the burden gone and it’s time to hangout with this girl or that boy; of course they are at legal age.
If none can stop them, they will probably take the easy way out – “Oh, this seems fun, why go to university?, I will get a small paying job and that will be okay!” If happiness is all you want and later in life you will not regret your decision, go for it. But huge opportunities lies right in front of you, don’t kick it! It might back fire tomorrow.

Any decline of college dropouts, high school dropouts simply means that there is too much loop holes for grown kids to go the other way and perhaps U.S. could be a much better with talented Americans in every field such as science, math, technology, you name it.  What do I know ? Should I even add a line; a friend of mine is a game-o-holic of some sort may be XBOX. The only thing you lives on is from Dad’s earnings and he nearing his 22, and it won’t be long before he gets to 25 and still be a Game-o-Holic. Will they every grow up to realize if they have the responsibility to take back this country?

They might. People change. In most Asian countries, parents, push their kids to excel in their studies and later in life they do well and remember those pushing, why it was for ? why would a mom or dad not want a better life for their kid when they grow up ?

Do something today and make your family proud.

Why are Cats Social Animals?

I have about 3 cats in the house and many cats and kittens outside, the outside are often called the stray, don’t know why– to me, they are same, cute Cat.

Lose Weight Naturally

First of all, I’m not a good writer. Sorry if you find grammars and spell errors.
I only wanted to share what I know with little English knowledge. If even a single person benefited from this lousy writings, I would consider my job done.

Why Diet Sucks ?

First, look in your mirror, check your body figure and don’t scream. Measure your height and see if your body max index tells that you aren’t really over weight. If you are, then there are help out there, tons and thousands actually wanting your money, some for your home door delivery food with a meal that looks like a meal for a baby dog, and not forget, eat one biscuit and you are done for the day. Are you serious ?

I run, as a waiter and it’s a good job and I don’t know if running has to do with my shrinking of my body, but I am not happy. I wish I was fat. Believe it. Just for the sake a minute, those who have more fat will survive for longer than those who don’t – after all FAT is a source of energy. I think they left me in the wild, I will probably die before anyone who is a bit fat than me. Based on my experience as a waiter for a pretty long time, I have seen family separated (yeah, I can tell She got big is one story and the other, He cheated on her, and the other, He was what provert, and the other, way too much fighting, and adding to all that, they have all beautiful kids, some girl babies and some little kid boys. It breaks my heart to see that divorce or separation has to happen because two are simply incompatible or have chosen the wrong path no thinking of the future of the kids.

But anyways, Let’s look at how people order meal when they know or they don’t know they are a bit over weight: “I will have diet coke, and Rib Eye Steak (the one with lots of saturated fat has, you know that kind), and please tell the chef I want fat not cut off, I want it on it — I don’t blame the person because it’s the fat that makes it taste way too good!). “What would like to like drink mam?” “Died Coke”. Would you care for salad mam, (Yeah, can you please put EXTRA dressing on top. I would like butter milk rank please. Sure Mam. and Sure enough, husband ain’t backing down, gets even more, Lobster and a big combo.

They eat well and all is good. I keep pouring drink drink and she has drank a lot of it already. I think that’s good way to keep your carbohydrate low.

Now the meal that was ordered already came with a lot of side dishes, like a bunches of fried rice irresistible; for a little bit of salt and sugar is the American way for pretty much every dish, won’t you agree ?  In your view, do you think either chubby male or female order a the right think considering they eat a lot of that meal regularly like 2 to 3 times a week in a restaurant ? My answer is No. If they could cut back diet coke to water, steak to vegetable, and half or rice converted to plain salad, and salad with no dressing. It will surely have some affect on Calories intake. But doing this can be hard specially when your body wants it. What can you do, “Put yourself a thought in your head. I am going to do this. This is it.” If you eat out a lot, change your order at least once in a week, this will have some difference.

As for Died Coke, Pepsi or any other such Died Drinks, we can’t blame the company for offering Alternative Solutions.

I have heard that people who take Died Drinks call themself  Died Head– f(which by the way is perhaps they taste even Sweeter and people drink them like crazy, all day long ?)

It’s worth goggling, learning, asking friends, and even getting helps from your social networking sites such as facebook, google+ or youtube.

“Are you sure, there are foods on this planet, specially like SODA that has Zero Carbs and it’ll  never have a side-effect or your body?” Anything that’s no Carb or not natural will eventually have a side-effect. Perhaps these diet makers will create something called – Natural Diet drinks which does not contain any compounds such as Nutrasweet.  Just look toward the future, and as for my Advise, balance your meal when you are ordering, not all the time, just when you feel like it. Also, if anyone tells you are FAT, don’t get mad or offended, take it a challenge. Smile and Tell to yourself… “Just Wait”

Without ranting too much, I am going to help you make a simple plan with nothing (no research, nothing at all, and hoping that it will help and if it does, I would appreciate a fortune cookie. The number inside the cookies must be on a poweball ticket when you send to me. I am laughing. So should you. Laugh. Enjoy. Play and Never Give up.)

Read you read to smile and if you wish to remove some of so called FAT, ready….. Let’s go!

  • From now, stop watching those crazy shows where they are titled “Lose this and win this”… and you know what I mean, like the biggest losers series or winners sort. They are actually selling what is hot in American, for 60% of the population is overweight and what a great idea to capture that 60% market to make money.  They really aren’t doing more than selling. Yes, there are winners and losers, but many of those winners are never tracked. Who knows if they have gone back to who they were before the program?   My final complain, these shows are designed to make money for TV, Commercials, to sell Diet programs and provide us entertainment and equally hurt people who can’t do it let alone Entertain them. Period. I’m not saying you do not have to Watch it once in a while, do it if it makes you feel good otherwise, turn it off.  Also, stop record those programs and please read on.
  • Focus on your health not the pounds you carry. Too many of us always look int the mirror and ask, will my spouse like me this way? or what will people think of me when I am shopping? All those are silly questions and you should never ever focus the wrong side. If you are going to be determined to lose weight it will be because you want to be Healthy, so please focus on your Health. If you are extremely overweight and worry a lot, it’s not going to help. Smile first, and seek for help from a Doctor if the situation is worse, otherwise, you can cut those pounds yourself without the NEEDY and GREEDY DIET MARKET out there.
  • Does your weight make you hurt even walk for a while? Sorry. You will have to do it. In your next shopping, Please park your car really far away from Walmart of other store and walk. Guess what, all those so called Skinny girls may look at you, and one day, you will be looking at them. Yeah. A bit of walking helps. But don’t do it to hurt yourself. Also if parking is way too far is impossible, park half way. We all know major retail stores have huge parking spaces and you could park in the middle.
  • If you are inside even to buy a couple things, don’t go for the buggy. Hold that small shopping basket  which will give you a little bit of help as you fill up your items. If your shopping is for tons of goods, you know which one to get.
  • Never get mad if anyone is looking at you or your figure. Smile. Who is today, won’t be tomorrow. Time is always ticking. People’s taste, people’s preferences change. But you are on a goal. Keep the smile alive and don’t ever feel that being over-height is a problem you can’t solve. You can, what you need is your own set up plans. Although I have written here my own, you could make your own too. Respecting yourself for who you are in the most important thing before taking any actions. Now that’s what i like to call it when you are out, driving, smiling and yeah, sing along with your radio. Look out, if anyone seems to be rude, don’t be like them. Cause what goes a round will come around. Believe it my friend. Let’s move to the next level.
  • Over weight body tends to demand more food with salt and saturated fat as well. So, don’t suddenly quiet. Those who have starved to lose weight, have gained success only for a short period – later everything went back to more and even more. The goal here is to lose weight and be at that level for the rest of your life. In your grocery list, add Pork and Red meat once in a while like a month or every fifteen days, add chicken more as it contains less Fat. And while cooking, try using OLIVE OIL or Vegetable.
  • If you seem to be progressing, once in a while give your self a treat. Go eat the way you would like. Self Deprivation never works. Reward for your achievement.
  • If you love carry outs, put back. If it’s because of your health condition–unable to cook, then try ordering things that have less sugar and fat like CHEESE and Meets. If you like pizza, they can make one exactly the way you want; less of the things that’s many call Fatty, and more of the things that still taste good such as a bit of cheese, a few slices of pepperoni and ton’s of onions.
  • Add Garlic to your cooking/eating.
  • Even if you don’t tolerate spice (here I mean Chilly), try little by little. This helps regulate blood and often does help little in burning fat. Ever wonder why people with the 2nd largest population in the world (India) has less obesity. No, it’s not that they don’t enough food. It’s the spices in their amazing array of foods. Talking of which, can you deal with washing plates that turn a little yellow due to Turmeric – a great herbal type spice that helps boost your immune system. In some countries, when women have period, they take a spoonful of Turmeric and chase it with water and they believe it helps them from pain. Now, if it’s all true, there is surely some facts about it. A christian channel once recommended using Turmeric to boost your immune system; I can recall it was 1800 Club or something. No, I am not trying to sell you or anything, but I am trying to say this : “You will never know unless you try”
  • My personal research shows that the recommended dose for Vitamin D in America isn’t enough. If you can, take multi-vitamins made for your age if you prefer. The best onces I have found are from GNC and RiteAid now carries GNC brands. Look around. They aren’t so expensive. If your body has the required Vitamins and some Minierals, perhaps you tend to eat less. That’s how I feel. Would you feel the same way? Try it, it won’t hurt. Now, if you are under serious medications, please do consult with Doctor before taking any Supplements etc.
  • Doe diet supplements help?  I have never tired one and never meet one who had a great success with these. So, take this like the one I wrote earlier; trying to get money where nearly 60% of us are above weight.
  • Keep journal and measure you weight daily. Try not to push hard. Work your way for a six months or even a year, what is the rush. Yet again, you too know the fact, those who lose suddenly, get back faster than thsoe who loose weight slowly.
  • Make a daily schedule of your activities. If you work, making one can be hectic, but don’t give up. Add a few walks or exercise activities in along with menu for dinner for each day and remember to not over sqeeze yourself with a tasteless dinner! once a week, indulge and have fun with your lunch or dinner. Your plan to lose weight should be a long one unless you are in such a condition you need some immediate attention such as surgery or etc.
  • Try to watch TV on a chair. Now this sounds silly, but try it at least a week. If you have a big comfy bed like those memory-foam types or lazyboy things, one can easily turn into couch-potatoes as well sleeping way too much in those bed. If chair sounds silly, throw it. How about doing varied activites based on your schedule; be it anywhere you sit and activites could including, watching TV for a while, sitting outside for a few seconds for some fresh breeze, cleaning the house (do not over do it if it hurts your body, you can always leave some work for tomorrow). Adopting a pet is a good way to add varieties in your work at home. Bring home a dog or cat; you will be cleaning them, for dog, walking with it, opening caps to feed them, playing with them. Specially, if you live alone, they actually motivate you to accomplish your goal – for there are no nagging spouse around, nobody shouting at you but loving pets who care about you. In your varied activities, if browse Internet, do it at a table even if it is a laptop. Also, keep track of the time you spend, sitting way too much on a chair could bring you back-pains. Play some games. Google Chrome has some great online games so do miniclip.com. Try to make the best of your situation by enjoying life, rather than worrying on how you are going to lose weight. Weight came to you, it can go, it never stays in your body. Period. It’s your actions and being able to motivate yourself to do the things necessary to let those pounds go off are important. Alright. We are moving well great so far. Let’s go further…
  • Be your own boss when cooking. Now, this sounds rude but you have to be your own boss, tell everyone if required. If your spouse likes everything greasy (well, like i founds it used excessively in the Southern Part of the United States in family cooking), for you, cook one without fat, and the otehr with that nasty bar of  pork fat for your spouse. By the way, Those pork fats do taste great and if you do fancy such, don’t deprive, have it your way once a week– but no more than that.
  • Some restaurants, specially the locals, don’t have ingredients list so you will never know fat content. Ask what it is made of. If it’s mayonnaise, butter etc, such as those served in “Japanese Restaurant” as “Shrimp Sauce”, they contain extreme amount of saturated FAT as well as other fat content like butter. The process of making is simple but the amount is closely guarded as a company secret. Many of these restaurants use so called “HEAVY Mayonnaise”, by that, we know it’s got a HEAVY fat. When prepare they add tons of sugar (believe me!), and paprika slightly browned over four to a large blocks of margarine poured after boiling it. So the sauce tastes better. The more you have sugar and fat, our tongue loves it– it tastes better.  If you plan on going to such restaurants where they cook in front of you, it’s easy to control your menu. All you need to do: Tell your chef to use the amount of butter or oil etc on the grill as he prepares your meal and try switching your sauce from Shrimp Sauce to Ginger Sauce as the later contains more beneficial ingridents (Ginger, Onion and Carrots) and has little or no sugar and fat. Ask waiter for a hot sauce and let everyone look at you for they have never tried it and put them a question in their head as you smile: “You won’t know until you try it!”
  • Next, Find people who share your interests either Online such as forums or social networking sites and share or read other success stories. Many of their tips and advice not only help, but  will make you feel part of a larger group which many of us don’t feel when we are at home. It will uplift you and move you towards your goal. Sharing knowledge is what Internet is all about. You can learn a lot on what helps and what does not.
  • When shopping, do not rush. As soon as you pick up an item, read level very carefully on what it has such as calories, fat content etc. Generally speaking , store brands, and relatively cheaper priced onces tend to contain more carbs and useless ingredients that will only add more pounds to our body. Does this mean,we have to buy expensive? No. Just look for more other alternative onces. And as you are motivated, one or two of those cheap and heavy onces will not hurt if you are doing it irregularly like once a week or so, just to reward yourself. I often write here, please REWARD, CHEER and motivate yourself. Keep smiling and if you do measure your weight everyday, if there are slightly different results once in a while, don’t panic. Keep moving towards your goal slowly. Let’s read it together; “Those who run, get tired fast and turn fast, those who run slow, will probably run even more.”

 

Don’t Deprive From Foods you once loved!

 

Now, all, these really didn’t cost you much money, did they? I hope not. It is only only our (not mine), our, way of looking at the overall things we could walk slowly into losing the thing (FAT) we want gone from our body. Have you already consulted a doctor on this because you are overweight ? Perhaps this article is beyond that question, really. Because I have seen (as a waiter), some customers stop coming for months, and later I ask them, did you move out of the state? Their reply, “I had my stomach shrink, Now I can only eat this tiny much”.. Oh, I get it. Being a none Native English person, I understand that by making your stomach small, you will eat less, but I wonder if it would have side effects later on in life, for say, when you are older ?

I don’t know your belief. But one thing is for sure, the person will again have to go back to the doctor to untie that stomach to what it was before. And to me, any body alternation will always have side effects. Am I wrong ? I have little chance– GOD given body has brain “BRAIN” and we can self-control it. Instead of shrinking our stomach, why could we not EXPAND our thoughts and even think more from the BRAIN ?  For those who are extremely over-weight, Doctors do what they can to help them. So blaming their practice isn’t my point here either. The idea is, why EAT so much to get to that level to have a Doctor lose your weight ? I know you wont’.

I ‘m also assuming, you haven’t thrown your hard earned  money on books, herbals, medicines that never really work, or hooked up with a program called “eat this to lose weight  like crazy”–all  costing you outrageous fees.
Great! That’s because you refuse to get into the MARKET that is designed to make money out of people who are in your situation.  You have come a long way, already, even before reading this article, for you are determined, uplifted, and motivated and everyone is wondering now why you smile more than before. Let them make keep guessing. I know it’s rude when someone laughs at you by looking at your figure, ignore them. A day will come back, they will look at you, then, instead of laughing, they will look down on their own belly that’s grown bigger than yours! LOL !! If you hear them say, “How did he or she do that ?” Keep smiling and move on.

Finally,

Here are more other things you can try and they should work as well.

  • Instead of coffee in the morning, take Green Tea. They are beneficial to you. If you like sugar, reduce day by day, and one day you will truly taste the Tea in your lips and you will love it.
  • If you like Soda, make a day or two for Soda, few days for just water and juice. For later, try to get fresh ones rather than concentrated onces which tend to have preservatives and sure-enough more sugar (based on my own research). Yet again, get the one that has lots of pulps for orange juice.
  • Do you smoke ? People who smoke are generally skinny unless they eat like crazy – but a lot of their internal organs could be at risk such as Heart or Liver. PLEASE DO NOT SMOKE or KEEP SMOKING thinking you will gain weight if you quit. Don’t do it ! Smoking will add more problems to your one problem (losing weight). I’ve heard too many-a-times, my elder friend…”Oh, what if I gain wait? I won’t quit smoking” . I call them not folks but fools.
  • How far is your mailbox? Is it up on the way to work or home ? From today. Stop giving hard time to the incoming cars by pulling up the mailbox on the wrong-side of the road!! Just kidding. Yes, from now on, you are going back home and walking back to your mailbox to get your stuff. It’s the little things you do counts the most. That little walk might not help you lose bunches, but if you do it regularly, it becomes a good. Your neighbors will start following you – soon everyone will be walking to their mailbox instead of being right next to it; even scratching their side mirrors with mailbox only to pick up bills to pay. lol !! well, just kidding there, and for you, walk, walk, walk and enjoy it!
  • Add Broccoli and Mushroom to your Vegetable diet; both have great affect on your health and sure enough good to lose weight.
  • Celery – the wonder food. Buy them as much as you can and eat all day long. Well, The beauty of this vegetable is that you can eat it raw. It’s good for your body, plus  the amount of energy you use to chew this raw vegetable makes it zero calorie; basically you are adding nothing to your body eight still getting nutiets from this great vegetable. If you can’t do it on a daily basis, try adding it 3 to 4 times a week, may be during lunch or dinner.
  • If you are over weight and also have stretch marks, there is a simple remedy to cure the stretch marks. Rub Vicks on the spots. Learn more about the beneficial of Vicks for other conditions such as cold, chest pain etc.
  • Try to make your Lunch like a Breakfast. Here I mean, can you do this at least 2 times a week. Escape the breakfast, then have a normal portion of your lunch. Or do the other way, Have a heck of a great breakfast filled with nutrients and what-not-and-everything and escape lunch. Don’t do it every day though.
  • Eating on time will help your body regulate digestive system as well as help you get a good night sleep. Do you wake up in the middle of the night reaching for something to munch ? It could be that that you have developed a sleeping patter. Instead of a EVENING person, can you see if you can try to be a MORNING person. Try it. Eating earlier rather than later will help you lose weight. If it’s painful, you don’t have to do this everyday. See if you can start once a week, and the gradually it comes naturally that you have become a MORNING person. I wish you the very best and I am sure you can do it ! You Go pal !
  • Blogs – when you reach your goal, share your story. And as you are doing it yourself, why not go out there and read some personal blogs by others who have done it without a single surgery or medicine.   • During holidays, ask your spouse for a hiking or camping which would involve walking and perhaps climbing a few rocky hills, instead of a cruise on a ship. You can always do other fancy vacation things later on in your life. It is the moment now to take every natural way to drop those pounds and still feel good with what-ever you have. I can not stress enough here, unless you are happy, self motivated, nothing will work, not even a bottle of a medicine given to you by an angel !
  • Do you love China-take-outs. If so, can you find a single items without sugar coats on them or cooked with lot of oils and sugar ? Try to get food that has less of what’s not needed to you. Can you still enjoy both Chinese and other continental foods such as Mexican food. I have yet to find any research to read, but if you add “Chilly” in your diet, it helps you reduce fat, circulate blood, and don’t be afraid to drink a lot of water before you to bed to avoid any early morning trouble in bathroom. You know what I mean.
  • Put a basketball game outside and start playing. Ha what ? Got a basement empty, ask your spouse you would love it if you could have a Table Tennis there. Play with him and prepare to BEAT HIM! I mean not slap him. A part of losing weight is giggling too. Next time when you see yourself in the mirror, don’t see fat, see your unique beautiful face, did I need to write. I guess I need to. 1 in 100000000000000000000000000 chances were there, you could be something else; without an eye, leg, or even that organ. For something-sake, cheer up and do it as much as you can. Laughter never hurts.
  • Ride a cycle in your driveway or in your neighborhood area. Need help ? Join with kids. What if my neighbors think of me? The more you think about others thinking about you, the less you will perform. FORGET the freaking people, for one day, you will be teaching them a lesson; for you know, they are in their home, sofa, and perhaps oneday they too will ask you – how did you do it ? Tell them : “Well, you know, we used to keep watching at me. Remember ?”

I bet you have sign signs similar to this line :

Lose weight in two weeks. - Laugh at it!

Are you sure you can lose weight that fast and it won’t come back to you again. For the joke away from this line, I know you can lose even faster. Lock yourself in your room with no food, just water and a cellphone (for emergency case, lol!) and in a week, you will probably lose more than a lot. Now that was just a joke. There may be faster way to lose weight, but once should always consider what will it do to your health.

Please do not DEPRIVE yourself to lose weight.

 

Smile ! Walk ! Cut Down ! Indulge once in  a while ! Losing Weight should never be a part of a medical therapy nor should it be a commercial ad or a product to to watch and grab your credit cards, and it should never let you down. Motivate yourself knowing that you are unique and what others think of you should never come to your mind. Make  them go wow….. days aren’t far, for you are already determined, to take it easy, slow, and when your goal arrives, everyone will be stunned, lots of heads will turn towards you.

By then you can tell everyone , “stop it!” look at your own body now!

11-11-11 What Really Happened?

Many of thought this would be the “END OF THE WORLD”. Many of the believers of Maya Calendar were motivated by the number to take the date as the beginning of the End Cycle, as per their calendar world will end in December 21st 2012 which would be yet again a similar yet odd number 12 12 12.  Before I go on what on what really happened around the world on 11-11-2011, let must say, the 12 12 12 seems like an addition of 1 number to the number we are talking about for all numbers.

What really happened on 11-11-11:

  • America celebrated one of the greatest and honorable Holiday of the country – Veterans Holiday across the states of America.
  • More people united than separated on 11-11-11 — Many married, fell in love, shared love, with hope for good luck.

So, the day became more shareable than other days. But wait, there could be even more videos coming in the days ahead about strange numbers or even colors. as for Doomsday, God has exact date time. But for more videos to be shared will increase  as we near the 12 12 2012.

  • Europe still unsure to bail out Italy. Europe seems like the 7 letter and 11-11-11 being all Odd. But this just was a news. When will Government Start Bailing Out Poor People — makes me wonder.
  • Millions of people pay respect at the clock 11:00 on 11-11-11 to give respect to World War II veterans.
  • The number didn’t even stop the DISCOVERY Channel into thinking something is going to happen. On the day the put out a blog saying what those  numbers meant – asking questions more so than discovering anything about the numbers. Is this suffice to say that Discovery Network too got a chill of the numbers being so odd ?

Well Strange Numbers mean something to us because not that many of us have been rich enough to become Scientists or should I say Scientists is a Gene that our fathers and mothers carry ?

On Dooms Day that we all aren’t taking it in so way, Let’s have some parties for we know the party will go beyond the dates and there won’t be a Dooms Day.

Below is my idea, throw in yours as a comment.

  • Plan a head, use your phones and text all those you would want to be in that so called DOOMS day  party. Call this a group party for you won’t be the one to blame if things go wrong. Keep your responsibility a bit further or take it to extreme and act like the REAL BOSS at your work.
  • Don’t plan on doing it in hotel or motels, that’s a bad idea. You don’t want to responsible to pay if things go bad, what if the party crowd ruins the buildings with bottles and broken glasses by your friends going wild and the next day, it actually is your Dooms Day – you are the one to go broke–depending on total damage, you could be in deep hole of 10 to 15K. Just think about that.
  • If the weather is good, make the party at  a park or somewhere you can legally drink if grown ups are sad because they can’t even have a bottle.  Find one that offers this, and also be responsible to dispose things after use. Love hiking, avoid that park thing, go up the mountains and do a party somewhere it’s safe to sit back, relax and watch the blue sky and smell some fresh air.
  • Make sure every one is off on that day. Don’t want to miss your best friend, do you?
  • Search Internet for Picnic or camping recipes and foods to stock-up early and learn how to prepare when you get there. Do a little bit of practice at home if you can or take a challenge to do it right where you are going to do it.
  • Do a camping, it’s fun, it’s outside and you will be close to the nature – the thing that makes you live every single day. Stop now, please!. Would this writer still be alive if he or she had no oxygen and all these bushes and trees work hard without us noticing what they give to us. A dooms day party should be as closer to the nature as possible.
  • Share Vehicles to reduce gasoline cost.
  • If you are rich, CASINO with a few bucks could still be a party with bunches of friends. Keep in mind though. Do not take your Debit Card, rather take a few cash and go. What about the card? Put it your bank’s locker room.
  • Search for Recipes online, there are many sites. Print and have them ready even after shopping.
  • If you are with a group, use 1 or two phones, the rest, lock it in your room. Don’t wanna be bothered with a call from office or this or that. Let the party be like your vacation or something similar without any distraction.
  • If you are married, take the kids to Grandma or Grandpa or if they are grown enough, they can stay at home and in this situation take your phone with you just case you need to keep in touch with them.

If big ain’t the thing you and I need, we could do our family party. Let’s light up the house more, have some different kind of meals than we were used to. Surprise our neighbors by knowing on their door with a plateful of meal or rather invite them to your home. Sharing should be in your mind for a Dooms Day Party. Cook out outside at your home,  if weather allows. Yet again, try not to think as if this will be the last day on earth because, predictions are often created to boost people into thinking in investing or selling stuffs or just giving them another distractions in a condition where the global Recession is at the boiling point.

It’s not party that counts, it’s how much fun you can have even with a little, since everyone is doing it, why not you.  Here is another party that’s also a good party. Sit back, relax, watch TV, make a meal differently as you would do everyday. Surprise your spouse or kids with some gifts. Parties can have a different meaning and it does not have to be big.

Men Equals Mess

I come home. It’s late. Bu I like to have a cup of Coffee. I really don’t care which one but as long as I can mix Mocha or Vanila or just plain. I am fine.

The theory of less Caffeine more sleep doesn’t work. I am old. As they say, but it never comes true for me, “as you get older, you tend to sleep less” – wrong for me though!

Nothing is interesting than spilling stuffs, only because it’s me, a MAN. You are reading this and feeling like I have counted you. Sorry mate. If you and I counted the number of males on the planet, ladies are closer to the term “House wives” than anything else. You really do need someone to take care your spills, mess, the kids, and even remind your birthdays of people – that’s her. My goodness what a life it would be if I didn’t’ have her. Feel free my friend, cross that word “her” and put your partner of any gender, for giving RESPECT, FREEDOM and EQUALITY to live in this tiny planet shouldn’t be a big decision making for none of us. If it’s for politicians to gain points, let them be. But that’s what they do, rather than solving problems, they lick anything to get points– to get elected. Then we might ask the question, for what ? To get re-elected again next time. Then again, they know us, we are not dumb, we will ask again, are you sure you are going to be re-elected again. Some might do it, for they love to lick all sorts of things and trick this and that and did I mention what their house would be – perhaps same as ours, make a lot of mess and there is a lady who would do all the cleaning. It feels right to say that politics is about cleaning the mess you once made it or you just keep making it, for there will be someone to clean.

Ops, I just put my bag and a coffee is on not so fancy carpet. I rush for toils before a lady’s hand is alright there. She is working hard and the carpet is clean. I lost my drink a little but hey, she did prove to me, Men Equals Mess. This ain’t the first time either, soda, water, you name it. The only thing that could be next and if that happens you wont’ be reading a thing – a soda gone wild over the top of a laptop, OMG!

When ladies make mess, they are prepared. They keep things near. In no time, they will use tissue papers, towel papers, or put your dirty clothes over it. They are active in cleaning your mess. Do you fight when this happens. I like to see the lady giggle or laugh out loud when I make mistakes like spilling things. It wasn’t intended although she has to do all the work, not that you are lazy– you went out to make a frozen drink for her. You are simply trying to balance it, aren’t you?

7 Billion people on the planet. Prove me wrong if Men are to be blamed for mess more than Women.

Please put that soda away from your peace until next post. And love your partner for that giggle and all days hard work that he or she put into while you could be working as* off somewhere. It is your vibe that’s making your love grow. Let us stop acting like a child, because as we age, we do act like child. But if you do want to act like a child, be like them; innocent, laugh at anything, smile all the time, have no responsibilities. You do ? Oh well, who doesn’t. Why not hibernate just the way your PC can do. Name a piggy bank if needed and write down a note, when this is full I am gonna hibernate. Go on a vacation, see another world or something, throw those materialistic stuffs like phones etc back at home, let your friends just hear your silence unless you are already hooked to the digital world like face book. Hey, it’s me. I am here. I just ate. Wow. Wonderful it was. Do you really need to be so hooked to share your story in a bathroom too; like hey, just brushed my tooth. ops, ouch, one hurts. Should I go see a doctor? Get real, all of us. Doctors used to think that over stress was because you really worked hard, but now it’s because you typed way too much on your social networking sites. Believe it, it’s going to hurt more when you are updating status of your activity at a time when your dentist is about to pull off your tooth.

Enough is enough and applies to the mess. Next time if you make a mess or spill, I am going to make myself like a ball or towel and lie right on it. Poor lady, for every day. I feel sad. Did you really put that soda. Because I can even smell the sparks and burning of your laptop inside. Poor think. In this case, no tissue will be required and I bet you, your partner will be happy for you won’t be doing much update. Did you drop your phone in the sink or even in a toilet. Walla! Lady will giggle even more here.

Ok. Ok. You work hard, don’t you be thinking your partner ain’t. Stop making mess all the time. A mess you might not even have told to your partner. Is that it ? Like cheating ? Your partner won’t deal with that mess and you have already created a mess to clean yourself — if you were dumped out of the house in winter, please find a warm place to stay, he/she says, “When you made the mess either through your chatting or even face time talks, did you even mention to me if it was winter ?”

Live long. A stronger love is mutual in all respect. Giggle more. Hear more of the Giggle from your partner and take it as a pride for a lasting love and do the things that will keep your love go further. Do you expect me to give you a tip, you know it. Just in case you are cleaning your coffee and your partner ain’t in a good mood for it’s for a good reason everyone agrees, here you go: 1. Stop watching X rated movies, and finally Don’t make your partner feel like “am I not enough for you” If you don’t understand love and you are already married, you need to seek a council immediately. Schedule a visit to council to get some help. No, I mean, Seriously.

What makes you happy?

People have pondered over this question for as long as we can remember. Many claim that even our parents  genes will have affect on your personality and no doubt happiness is part of that.  We we live a life; everyday, filled with sorrow and anger, it will only have severe consequences on our health, family matters. So the question is how can we make our-self happy all the time and more importantly, can we make others happy too?

For some, even a bad Weather can make them unhappy or sad or feel sick. For others, they take it like; wow, I gotta see this amazing storm that’s coming my way. It’s your perception right there in the HEAD that will either help you pull you chick bones or not. Happiness doesn’t live in a cave.

I have had a problem being happy with a lot of personal issues; nothing to share here only to make some of you cry. But I have learned through the years that happiness is something you can always have and it’s so easy, you don’t need buy a DVD or some books that might happen to slip away to the New York Times Best Seller.

So, what’s the formula? Never act your age.

Yes. Never act your age when you are doing the adult jobs such as working, thinking, and even playing games. By this also mean, don’t tell yourself you are old; for every living creature will eventually go through that OLD cycle and die. Truth is there. So from now on, try to giggle, put a little but of smile, laugh even when you chatting with a friend etc. Worried that someone might think you are gay ? There goes your stereotype-typo thought.  Gay means happy in dictionary to me. Be happy. Also be strong. Strong here implies that you have a good health or are trying to improve it. So, once in a while, act like a kid; remember your back days; how innocent you were and you had nothing to worry. Put that thought when you seem to have a stone placed on your chest. Giggle!

If you are un-hahppy because the way your life is going, nothing seems to move, stuck, or you can’t make ends meet, or you are going from one job to another. Consider all of them as part of your experience. This blog and I believe that LORD created every creature here to experience life; to be rich, to be poor, to suffer, to get out of suffering, to heal, hurt, learn, to teach. All those words may not mean much but it has two sides in my view;  Don’t be one sided. Experience all the good things in life as you go on.

Creative Genius Comes Overnight Only !

Have you ever tried to do something really unique but have a question, has anyone alreayd done it or is the thing that I just made is a copyrighted?

Here I am focusing unique as something that’s never been done before, whether it’s a film you are making or just a cartoon character or even just a paint work to share on your blog.  It’s easy to grab someone’s hard-worked content and modify and make it look like yours. You simply stole that person’s time, effort, and made him lose his motivation too, and above all you became nothing more than a stealer or rather should I say, a sinner.

If you want to be Genius, it takes time.  And unless you are lucky with brain power. Even so, there are so many people on this planet and everyone is working and trying to do what they love to do.  For example, you create a cartoon character perhaps using a free software pencil, and out of the blue in no time and it’s no where in the world, it’s yours, and you did it well with awesome cartoon character that fits to your requirement  as well as (perhaps) does what it is designed to do, for example, entertain. To me, it sounds, you just got lucky! Creative and Uniqueness times take, and I often combine those two words as Genius. Are you one of the or would you like to be one of them ? ? Yes you can.

You could be spending hours creating something that might have been done and even copyrighted.

So, it makes sense to go a little research even before you sketch or write. to show your talent and perhaps become that world changer, a person that the world needs so desperately. You can’t be a duplicate person unless of course you had a twin brother who had the original work and won’t mind giving it to you !

Do these first,

  • Start searching for what you are about to do. Has it been done before ?.  If it’s an art work, someone alreayd did it ? Stop and start creating your own. Don’t take the nose or eye or anything — give some respect for the person who must have worked so hard just like you are doing right now. Genius is long process.
  • If it’s the film be it a short film for your youtube project or Facebook or any other video sharing sites, do a search before you create one. You can always do the same film in a different way but if the film is a copyrighted, your work is not going to valuable to the audience; for they have seen it already in another form. Will they like your form ? What would they think of you ? It’s you to you. If I were you, I would try to do something that’s not been done before. This not only helps you motivate yourself, it also helps motivate others.
  • Creating Music or writing lyrics – There are tons of sites to check this out. Before you write, why not read the entire world of lyrics and even dance with songs that are out there. Cross culture songs have been copied or remixed. We, users know about them. But perhaps, it is done through approval. If you are doing some musical tracks remix, which is  you can ask for permission before you begin to make it public. Even to make it public, you must have the written approval. It’s never a good idea to share something that’s unapproved or doesn’t belong to you. And creating music is a very complex process and artists must earn their bread and butter. So, don’t be the bread stealer.
  • Checkout with Open Source community where you can share or even use someone’s work for your project. If you do so, don’t forget to see their license often, as users can change their original license later. For any commercial production, you have to be willing to spend. Of course, you if have money, you can buy many products such as animated characters or even the music studio. Always look for TOS (Terms of Service) Even sites that say “Royalty Free” but is it free to share on the web or just share inside home ?

You can ask questions even on copyright issues and there are handful of yahoo users willing to answer to your question. I love it and I use it often. Before you trust answer, I would Google it for sure. Some answers here are misleading just the way Internet is. There is good people as well as people who are not up to that level.

Wikipedia – Since it’s birth, almost every top search engine brings it up for major search. There is a good reason. Many people still don’t believe that what wiki says is true, but you can count on it, for there are a lot of users who contribute, edit and make this site very resourceful and often you will find any topic in in-depth mode. Something very useful when you are doing research.

Search engine is a great way  to start : You know their names so google for the thing you are about to do. Does it pop up ? If not, does it show in another location such as videos or blogs. Keep searching. It takes time to know whether you are about to create something that’s never been done before.

If you are into animation, remember everything counts; character(s), the texture and and storyline. To be Genius, I say To be Unice, it takes time and don’t worry. We gotta a handful of time. And, if you give back to the Internet (which I truly believe is a global community) your Creative and Unique Content, they will surely appreciate it, even if your effort didn’t grab their attention or make them laugh or what-ever your aim was.

Doing something that’s not done before is always a great idea;
You should keep that idea with you and work on it
and build something for the global community.
Your work will last longer and you will surely be motivated to do even better.

Ways to Heal Fibromyalgia Naturally

Have a pain out of know where or in fatigue or have sleeping problems? You might wanna read this article.

A friend of mine has Fibromyalgia. When she used to work and tell everyone that she is hurt, everyone would laugh at her. “What? ha? Fibromyalgia? Eat more Fibromyalgia then you should be fine.” Not knowing what this severe chronic symptom can hurt someone and if not treated in well one can faint or fall down. And often doctors with patients who work as cashiers standing for hours and hours, Doctors tell patients to sit on a chair or take a break or have some drinks with them. But those suggestions remain just that, because most cashier’s place is not an office, it’s where you stand and shorten the line; you stand before the customer and work as fast as you can, scan items after items and finish customer after customer. Then stand more. Often cashiers also have to do more than just deal with customers, they have to vacuum after work, stay up late if managers are slow in finishing evening tilt and there is no telling if they will ever give you a break or not although company could be following the rules; 8 hours; you get a break and, who knows your break could be at the end (just before you finish your work ?)

When I saw a person in extreme pain, I asked her, are you okay, she replied in a very soft and hurtful manner, “Do I look okay?” I knew from the start I should not have asked the question. She was on a wheel-chair. After a while I learned that she was a Fibromyalgia sufferer and all the medications that she had been taking wasn’t helping at all and adding to that she explained to me certain weather can worsen the pain.

A lot of people still don’t know that Fibromyalgiais. But now they do, since it’s been a condition for Health Insurance Companies to avoid. If you have one, you may not be accepted in health insurance plan.

As per my knowledge, Fibromyalgia arises due to weakness in your immune system. And if you don’t deal with it when you realize that you have it, it can get worse. Followings are typically prescribed medications.

Cymbalta (Duloxetine), a medication that came about a year ago or so has been proven by the American Medical Association to treat Fibromyalgia. Doctors also may use other medications, but a friend of mine is doing great with this medication but I am teaching her to do these since every medication has some reactions and if ultimate cure can be done without any medication, why not follow that path ?

BOOST YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM:
There are many ways to do this. Eat right. Be out in the sun or take a good amount of Vitamin D and also Multi-Vitamins can be taken, Eat lots of good stuff instead of junk foods. Remove Alcohol and Tobacco from your life. Do easy exercises such as Yoga. Pain can also arise not just because of your Fibromyalgia, but also too much work you have been doing. A visit to a doctor is a must. Some patients who have Fibromyalgia may also have problems on their legs or knees should their work be so demanding that they have to stand all the time or it could be due to any other factors. Fibromyalgia can get worse if Cartilage is getting less and less inside the bones in your knee, it will not only hurt when you are walking, it can hurt even when you are standing– you will have another complications again. So your doctor may advice you to take what is called a shot for Collen which goes into your joints in the Knees. These shots may be expensive, but they help you a lot also these shots are not done every month, perhaps every 6 months as needed so you don’t hurt. Some reports suggest that Doctors who combine both Cymbalta along with Lyrica (Pregabalin) have gained better results for treating Fibromyalgia. But both do come at a cost, a lot of money here; out of pocket really!! Generic medications aren’t available and if you are out of work and/or your uninsured, both of these medicines can make you bankrupt. I pray that Generic for both of them become available so people who are benefiting from these medications can continue to use it until they heal themselves.

What works for one patient may not work with others, also Doctors need to know what other medications you are taking. So he or she can pick the right one for you. There are many other medications and treatment options overcome from Fibromyalgia.

Here are a few things you can do, right now:

1) Eat Foods that have High Potassium such as fruits and vegetables and here are some you try right now; Avocado, Banana, Honeydew, Kiwi, Lima Beans, Milk (if you are Milk Allergic try Soya Milk),
Orange, Potatoes, Prunes, Spinach, Tomatoes, Juice specially Vegetable Juice and Winter Squash. And others with good source of potassium : Mushrooms, Pineapple, Plums, Apples, Bell peppers, Blueberries, Cabbage, Cranberries, Cucumber,
Grapes, Green beans, Iceberg lettuce

2) People with Low Blood Sugar will not have the problem of eating a lot as I mentioned above. But if you have high blood pressure, you should consult with your doctor and don’t be afraid to ask a list of foods that can help you heal faster–although you know the answer, it’s always good to ask (Your answer: BOOST YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM, Fibromyalgia can be history forever.)

By now, you probably know it’s not a myth, When someone says, he or she has Fibromyalgia. Treat the person with respect because, when you have one, you will know how it hurts. Do you remember the pain of Wisdom teeth coming out ? It’s even worse than that.

The Entire body, muscles, legs, all hurt. Often to cope, patients take hot shower, or lie on the floor as if they are fainting literally. Patients have reported that weather conditions can also affect Fibromyalgia.

The best way to FIGHT is by boosting your immune system – so from now on, create a plan on what to do every day of the week; meal, exercise and all :

Simply Ways to Boost your Immune System:
1. Garlic (fresh one, not the power one please!) <– don’t take it too much either, it contains Sulfur, also don’t take it on an empty stomach.
2. Turmeric – let the plates have some yellow colors for dish washing by hand for some good exercise.
3. Mushroom, Banana and other foods and vegetables with good source of potassium.
4. Take a good amount of Vitamin D (4000 IU at least.)
5. Yoga, Rest and Relaxation is good but don’t sit too much on your sofa for too long. Be active.
6. Eat Pistachio.
7. Be sure to drink lots of water. AVOID SODA, i.e. if you can, but if you have Hyperglycemia you can try other alternative drinks besides SODA.
8. Be a morning person. Wake up early, walk outside for some fresh air. Don’t just sit on your chair or bed and blame on the Fibromyalgia and cry in pain. Your goal should be to overcome, defeat it and one way to do is by boosting your immune system.
