Debt Collectors Don’t Know Iphone or Try to Save Their A !

There could be many but one seems to silly. You hang up the phone and they leave you message that’s so silly even to a 5 year boy if you explain the system. You already hanged up and there is a voice mail that tells you to hang up ? How much can you laugh ?

Collecting Debt is always tough.

Is it because of lack of communication between the bill issuer and Debt Collector which causes  you get repeated calls on your so called unpaid bills ?

You know have paid. But why do you keep on getting calls and even letters asking you owe this or that ? The answer is already there — lack of communication and not all Debt Collectors have enough resources.

Some don’t even realize what customers might have. Here is an example of a message left on an Iphone by a Debt Collector. I doubt that there are iPhones used in this Debt Collector’s buildings.

Here is a message left on one of my friend’s Iphone :

If you are not so and so please hang up the phone. But if you are…..

Does that company not know that ROBO call does not reside on your phone company’s server, rather it comes to your iPhone  mail section ? Also, what kind of message is this? You already hanged it up, it even further says, do not listen to the message if you are not so and so….. It’s just a way to get away from phone harassment  or could there be a different story all together?

When you pick up the phone, you can hear a lady or a man saying, hello, but as you soon as you hang up, they won’t leave you a voice mail in their beautiful voice rather they would perhaps hit that Robo Button which perhaps automatically puts the same message time after time and no matter who you are or how much you owe or what kind of phone you have, ROBO is a ROBO.

If they were a bit smarter, for example, before puching that Robo Message to enter into your Iphone’s message box, should they listen to your personalized greeting message that says, “hi this is so and so.”
If the debt collector had spend a little bit of time just knowing if they are calling the right person (not all greeting messages are faked, they are made by real people and you can actually know the name of the person)

Why do they push the ROBO button instead of leaving their own voice message ? The answer is simple. To avoid law suite or to make it easier— to call another number.People working on Debt Collectors must have something like; call so many people to be be get paid or get bonus ? I have no clue, but If I had the chance to be a debt collector I would be polite before jumping to say, “Mrs. Bla Bla…. It’s been 5 years, why did you not pay that bill, tell me why, tell me why, tell me why?” a friend of mine was laughing when he said, they know the answer and they were screaming in my ears and the call when I was a sleep. Do they assume all people on this planet have same working hours  just like them ? He says to me in disgust.

But how many times can you call to collect a few hundreds. Also what if those so called debts have already been paid and you are not notified by the billing company or you don’t have good people on hand ? Should your debt collecting practice resume without a regular meeting on progress ?

A friend of mine just recently changed his phone because Debt Collectors were harassing him over the his Iphone leaving same Robo Calls one day after another.  “This is an important message, if you are not so and so, please hang up!”
My friend screams, “I already hanged up, cause I owe you nothing. Why are you on my iphone message box ?”

Lesson ?

Receipts aren’t just papers. Do yourself a favor. Buy a big box. When you come home, dump all your receipts.

Who knows who could be making a mistake.

A doctor.

A nurse.

A keyborder ?

Not all debt collectors are bad. If they talked politely, more people would be willing to listen. Why ? Why ? shouldn’t be their first tone; Best way to ask someone who is living in this tough economic conditions would be;  “how can we help you ?…….”

And for Debt Collectors,
leaving a false message on a device that is already turned off,
and a message that is exactly the same every day,
stop messing with people, or stop playing Angry Bird on your iphone.

Keep calling and leave a genuine message. The more friendly you are, you are likely to collect Debt, unless of course you are collecting $10000000000000000000000000000000000000000

See you soon.

Should I stay or Should I go ?

Accident happens. It’s no excuse to visiting unwanted sites on the Internet.

You forget which sites were reported good or bad by our awesome portals like google or yahoo or bing with security toolbars such as the FREE AVG and a few others like Google Toolbar.

Upon displaying search results, we are very careful about visiting only the good sites and completely ignoring the ones marked as  “This site may harm your computer” or Red X marks next to links.

Accident happens not because we click a lot, but because there are way too many things to do for us as soon as we get online.

We are way too impatient! Gotta check mail, gotta watch videos, gotta watch news, gotta do  this and  that. Did I forget to mention Facebook, Youtube, MTV, Hulu, Fancast, Twiter. One of  these days, you will get stuck on a site for sure.

If, you or someone in the family accidentally got into a site where you are locked. There is help. Stay cool. Summer is hot this time around though!

The back button won’t  take you back. Site comes back and may be a pop up button too. Closing the window will bring you a popup again. Closing  the Popup scares us even more. Yes and No or Cancel buttons are like multiple choices. The question in our head remains the same, Which one will install adware, spyware, virus ?

What makes us so frustrating is that some Pop ups won’t close even after clicking  the [X] button. Let alone the fear we have; We still have the curiosity about the X button– what will it do ? Close? Really ? or Install Craps ?

With our heart beating faster than normal, we are stuck  in a Quick Sand.

Which one of the buttons should we click ?

I often laugh a lot when I get stuck. Why don’t they make some funny pop ups.

We are not so stupid. We understand when you make us difficult to leave. That simply means you are trying to make us stay on your site or install something that we don’t want.

Solution to get out :

  • Hold  ALT key then Press F4 and see if it closes; it may not.
  • Hold  CTRL key then Press F4 and see if it closes; it may not.
  • Press what we all call the magic key. Press and Hold CTRL, then ALT, then, DEL,  click on the “Start Task Manager”
  • Delete all instances of iexplore.exe and firefox.exe

Next time when you start your Internet Browser such as firefox, start a new sesson. Hit that home key right away. If you have multiple tabs on. Close them ASAP. Also Good Luck !

Adding to the popup (Quicksand) survival….

by clicking “NO” I have had more adware installed. But please don’t take  this as my advise to click “Yes” either.

A pop up with Yes or No options is never a good advertisement nor a useful program.  If you hit the back button and the site won’t let you go back, why go back and visit that site again. We wouldn’t !

Should I stay or Should I go ? The Answer is Go !
